Under our Employer of Record (EOR) model, the remote professional is employed by VLS Sourcing in India — not by your UK entity. The Employment Rights Act 2026 (including the removal of the 2-year unfair dismissal qualifying period) applies only to UK employees. Our EOR structure means none of these obligations fall on you.
IR35 (the off-payroll working rules) applies to engagements where a UK contractor provides services via a personal service company. Because VLS Sourcing's professionals are employed by us in India, they are not within the IR35 chain for your UK business. You are paying us a service fee — not engaging an individual contractor in the UK.
India Standard Time (IST) is 4.5–5.5 hours ahead of the UK, depending on the season. This gives 4–5 hours of real-time overlap daily (typically 9am–1pm UK / 1:30pm–5:30pm IST). For roles requiring more UK overlap, our professionals can adjust their schedule, which many do as standard.
